1. No Returns or Refunds
At HEMKUNT EMPORIUM, we take pride in the quality of our Turban fabrics and grooming products. Please note that all sales are final. We do not offer returns or monetary refunds once an order has been processed and shipped.
2. Exchange Policy
While we do not offer refunds, we are happy to facilitate an exchange if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, subject to the following conditions:

Timeframe: Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

Condition: Items must be in their original, unused, and unwashed condition, with all original packaging and tags intact. Fabric that has been cut, tied, or used cannot be exchanged.

Hygiene Items: Due to hygiene reasons, certain products like Beard Care items, Hair Fixers, and Face Masks are not eligible for exchange.
3. Conditions for Exchange
To be eligible for an exchange, your request must meet one of the following criteria:

The product received is physically damaged.

The product is defective or differs significantly from what was ordered.

The item is in its original, unopened packaging.
4. Exchange Process

Contact Us: To initiate an exchange, please email our support team with your order number and a photo of the item.

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item for exchange, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Approval: Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If approved, your new item will be processed and shipped.
